So i'm super excited about opening a frozen custard shop in Portland. I think it will be successful and a lot of fun. I have been throwing out ideas about the shop name and think i've got it. I think it captures the

CGFC

essence of my being. My great grandpa Gene was a really amazing man and I can think of no better way than to honor him than by naming my store after him. The name works on so many levels, for instance: Grandpa Gene's skin was white and creamy; like our ice cream. I smell a winner!
